What happens when I register?

When you are ready, Your establishment will be online at SolBooking!
When you have completed your registration we will review your establishment information to make sure everything is ready to start working. You will receive an email with the login data for your Extranet, where you will be able to update prices and availability. After doing so you will receive instructions for your establishment to appear on SolBooking.
Note: If you see that after your registration has not received any mail, do not worry, we are still reviewing your information and we will contact you as soon as possible

Can I update my business data later?

When you have registered in SolBooking you can update your data at any time. For example, you can add information about a new service or tell us more about the destination where your establishment is located.

What kind of pictures should I upload?

Customers love seeing photos of the establishments before deciding its reservation, that is why we ask you to upload quality photos, sexy and suggestive, so the client can choose your establishment against other from the competition.
We recommend you to select photos showing both inside and outside of your establishment. Do not have to be professional photos but try that provide a good impression of the place and service, that are carried with measures that include increased screen (1024x768, in landscape or portrait) and good light (better if natural).
Put yourself as the user.
The photos must be uploaded in jpg format with a maximum weight of 2 Mb.

When will my property be online?

As soon as possible. We want to help in order that once we have reviewed your information, you can receive an email with the following steps to make your establishment appears on SolBooking.
We have developed an algorithm for the positioning of your accommodation on SolBooking, the 4 factors to consider are: keeping your updated rate, a large quota, user reviews and the content quality of your accommodation data (original texts and high-quality photos).

What do I get for the lowest commission in the market?

The lowest market commission, only 14%. ALWAYS! Also in SolBooking we promote your establishment in search engines like Google and social networks like Facebook or Instagram to improve your visibility for the customer and that you may have more benefits.

Monthly settlement

The commission percentage will appear in the section of the "Agreement" "during the registration process. We will send an invoice at the end of each month with the total due commission (always the same%)."

Should I confirm my reservations?

You do not need to confirm the reservations. When a customer perfomrs a booking in your establishment, the reservation is confirmed automatically. Easier and more convenient to not have to be supervising of each reservation.

What happens if there is a cancellation?

Very simple. Two things can happen. The client cancels and your establishment conditions offers free cancellation, in this case the customer does not pay anything and you do not pay commission, or the client cancels and the your property conditions does not offer free cancellation, having in this case a charge to the customer and you only pay the commission amount corresponding to the customer payment.

How do clients pay?

So easy. Customers will pay for its performed bookings directly upon arrival to your establishment.

What happens if a customer does not show up (No show)?

The customer has not showed? Do not worry, we will not charge the commission for customers who do not appear.

What happens if a customer causes damages to my establishment?

Businesses that have villas or apartments in SolBooking can request to customers a security deposit. These deposits help covering any damage that customers may cause, and also allow you to be more relaxed in this way. The other establishments may be covered by insurance.
